PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Parent Participation Requirements:
  • Work as a working parent determined by the number of days a week your child attends:

    • 1 day per month for the 1-day-a-week program, 2 days a month for the 2-day-a-week program, and 3 days a month for the 3-day-a-week program

  • Be scheduled for 1 eParent (on-call) shift per month

  • Attend the Orientation Meeting and up to four additional membership meetings held in the evenings throughout the school year

  • Participate in up to three Saturday clean-up mornings per school year

  • Perform an ongoing job to help with the operation of the school (scheduling, laundry, purchasing, social media, etc.)

  • Participate in fundraisers, raising a required annual fundraising amount per family.

  • Read and be familiar with the handbook

Student Participation Requirements:
  • All students must wear a purple shirt or uniform shirt each school day and on all field trips. New and pre-owned shirts are available for purchase from OCP.

  • Children age 2 years, 9 months to age 5 are eligible for enrollment in our preschool program. 

  • Only current OCP preschool students ages 4 and 5 are eligible for the Pre-K program.

  • Independent toileting is not required for enrollment. 

  • OCP is compliant with California State Vaccination Requirements as the law mandates.
